Your information

Privacy & your Dukes resources.

Dukes Kitchens, Belvoir, Main Street, Newtowncunningham, Co. Donegal, uses your first name and email address to deliver the brochure or mood board you request. Contact sales@briandukeskitchens.com about your information or preferences.

Brochures and saved mood boards

When you request a resource, we record your details, resource choice, request time and delivery status. For a mood board, we also store its image and selected finishes so you can reopen it from another device. This processing fulfils your request; it does not subscribe you to marketing.

Your emailed link works for 30 days. Anyone you share it with can open the resource, so please share it thoughtfully. We remove expired board files during routine delivery cleanup and keep non-marketing request records for up to 90 days, subject to that cleanup cycle.

Inspiration emails are your choice

The separate, unticked checkbox records your consent to weekly Dukes inspiration emails. We retain that preference until you withdraw it. You can use the preference link in your resource email or contact us at any time. A weekly sending programme is not yet active; opting in records your preference for future Dukes inspiration emails.

Delivery and security

Resource emails are sent through Google Workspace. The website uses Sites hosting and its Cloudflare database and file storage. These providers process data to host the site and deliver your request. Technical request identifiers are used to limit spam. A short-lived, essential security cookie protects the request form; it is not used for advertising.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, withdraw marketing consent, or raise a concern. You may also contact the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie. Consultation enquiries are handled through our linked Typeform service; Instagram links open Instagram. Their own privacy notices apply to their services.
